Clocks ASSO
The whole name of this company is Anton Schrenk & Sohn GmbH and we have been representing them since 1993. The Schwarzwald area, situated in the south-west Germany close to Swiss and French borders, has been with its little villages a center of production of big German clocks since the 17th century. New ways of production with super-temporal design and thorough German quality elaboration are motto of this district. The company Anton Schrenk and Sohn is well known not only in Germany but also in other countries of European Union.
Since foundation of this middle-sized family firm in 1920 by Anton Schrenk, the company has been producing a broad assortment of wall clocks and grandfather clocks with the highest quality available.
The company exports mainly to Great Britain, France, and USA and besides others to Czech Republic. Broad range of productive program includes mainly wall clocks, table clocks, stylish clocks, kitchen clocks, pendulum clocks, wall pendulum clocks with system quartz and clocks determined to propagation including radio controlled clocks.
The family company has 18 employees, who care about quality of production being made on the newest computer controlled machine tools. The clocks are made primarily of natural woods such as oak, nut, cherry, alder etc. Totally dried wood is the first expectation of well made clock cases. And if the quality appliance is put inside the far-famed “Schwarzwald clocks” are completed.
If you ever go through Schwarzwald, you will find a small village Weihgheim by a town called Swenningen and that’s where the company ASSO is placed. The show room with ASSO and ZEIT PUNKT products is open for you and the director Mr. Anton Shrenk Jr. will gladly show you them. He runs this company with his brothers and his father, who is more than seventy years old now and they all can be very proud of it.
