BUSINESS AND RUNNING CONDITIONS
1. Introductory determination
This kind of business conditions are valid for shopping in internet shop www.vlahova.cz *). The conditions specify rights and duties of a seller and a shopper.
2. Order and a contract issue
Order in internet shop www.vlahova.cz is definite and by its sending the shopper agrees with the rules of the shop, including delivery and payment conditions, complaint regulations and provision of protection of personal data.
Entering all entries and belongings prescribed by form is a condition of the order validity. The place where the product is delivered is the address listed by a shopper in registration form or in the order. Property right to the product moves on the shopper after paying the purchase price when taking over the goods.
3. Protection of the personal data
A shopper has a right to ask for erasure of his personal data (cancellation of the registration), the erasure is made after a written application by the shopper (e-mail or a letter delivered on the address of the seller).
All personal data of a shopper are processed in a range that is needed to execute the order and in accordance with law about protection of personal data n. 101/2000 Sb., in actual version. These data are saved and are not available to a third person, except necessary information of the company about delivery and system of payment, and only in necessary occasion to execute the shopper’s order. Information about shopping (orders) is collected in order to execute the complaints and to backward check actuarial documents. Information about a shopper and his orders are saved in secured database and are not available to a third person, may be used for one’s own marketing activities of seller.
4. Avoidance of a shopping contract (return of the goods)
According to §53 par. 6 civil code n. 40/1964 Sb. shopper has a right to avoid a shopping contract by 14 days since taking over the goods without saying the reason. In this case the shopper has to inform a seller about it by a written application (e-mail or a letter). If the goods are not damaged and does not have any marks of using or detritions, a shopper is obliged to send it back with a number of order and account number. Expenses for transfer are covered by the shopper, seller forprises an option to refuse taking over the parcel sent for COD. After obtaining returned goods, an appropriate amount will be sent on the shopper’s account in 14 days.
If one shopper repeats an avoidance of contract, the seller after a written warning forprises a right to not send him any goods no more.
5. Complaints
Guarantee period is 24 months. A complaint is judged by an employee of service department and solved in a standard procedure according to actual laws. Guarantee relates to a right function of a product and manufacturing defect. Guarantee is not related to defects made by not professional interference, external influences (aggressive surrounding, stoke, rough handling), intrusion of water into the mechanism if the conditions about waterproof are not completed, run of a battery and worn out things by a normal use (§619 civil code).
Goods under complaint with a description of a defect are sent on a seller’s address together with document about a shopping (bill or guarantee certificate). Seller forprises an option to refuse taking over the parcel sent for COD. Complaint is settled in statute of limitation.
6. Delivery and payment conditions
Prices in internet shop www.vlahova.cz are listed with 19% VAT and do not include postal charge.

Variable symbol is number of the shopper’s order. If the amount is not assigned on account in 7 days, the order will be avoided.
Shipping fee generated by our web system is valid only for the Czech Republic. Considering other countries than the Czech Republic, shipping fee is calculated individually for each consigment – according to its weight and destination. You can always ask about your delivery fee via our e-mail first (zeleny (at) vlahova.cz).
The goods are sent in 3 days after the payment is received, the seller forprises a right to extend the delivery time in special occasions, which he will inform the shopper about by e-mail.
In a case that a delivery is damaged by a transporter, it is necessary that a shopper complaints the defect at the transporter, eventually he writes up a complaint record with the transporter or he does not take over a damaged parcel. The seller is not responsible for a damaged parcel at Czech Post that is taken over and is not responsible for eventual damage of its content either.
Picking up the goods personally is possible only after a written agreement
with the seller.
